Organize It wants you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at OrganizeIt-Online.com. For this reason, we carefully inspect your order prior to shipping the items to you. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return the item for a replacement, an exchange, or for a refund. Please allow seven business days after the receipt of your return request to process your returned items.
To return a product, a product for a replacement, exchange, or a refund, simply contact customer service by email to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns must have a RA# in order to be processed. Along with your RA#, you will receive the address needed to return
Damaged items may need to be shipped back to the location that they originated from (some items do not ship directly from our main location). Please do not discard the item until you have received your RA# with the shipping location. If the item is being returned to our main location, the address is:

To receive credit for your returned item, you must be within the 30 day return period. All items need to be in their original packaging with their instructions included. We will not give credit or take returns past the 30 day return period.
