Organizeit-Online.com prides ourselves in our overall customer service. We want our customers to enjoy their entire shopping experience this includes the Returns and Refunds experience.
A. Canceling Orders
Because we use an automated order process, orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement. After that time, we cannot cancel the order. If you are still within this window, please contact us at info@organizeit-online.com or 1-888-627-7778 to cancel the order.
Please ask any product questions before placing your order, to ensure that you are not mistakenly ordering an item you don not need. Our item descriptions are only summaries and do not encompass all details about an item.
B. Refused Orders
Refused shipments will be credited less a 20% restocking fee plus freight and handling charges. Orders that are shipped with a signature requirement will be returned to us if the delivery company is not able to attain a signature for the shipment after several delivery attempts. Orders returned to us for this reason will be considered "Refused Orders" and will be subject to the policy stated above.
C. Invalid or Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address before placing your order to ensure that it does not contain any mistakes. We are only able to modify the shipping address during the same window opportunity that we are able to cancel it. 1. If your order ships and it is returned to us because of an invalid address, the order will be handled as a Refused Order as outlined above. 2. If you ship your order to an address that you no longer reside in or have access to, we are not able to change the shipping address on the package and are not responsible or liable. It is your responsibility to return the package to us and you will not be eligible for any refund without returning it.
D. Returns
Most item(s) can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. If you need to return an item, a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be obtained from the Customer Support department at Organizeit-Online.com. Please submit an email to returns@organizeit-online.com with your name, order number, and number of items to be returned. You will then receive an email within 24 hours supplying you with an RMA# and instructions on how and where to return your item(s) Orders returned without an RMA# will be refused.
When you receive your RMA# from us, it will include the proper address to send the return. The RMA# should be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box of returned products. We have included a RMA# slip with your order to simplify this process. Securely attach this slip to the outside of the package being returned.
Important Notes for all Returns:
Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable or reimbursable under any circumstance. PLEASE Use the Shipping Address Given at the time you Received your RMA# Not all shipments are returned to our warehouse. Returns sent to this location may not be accepted. If delivered, the shipping cost back to the correct location will be deducted from the order refund. Freight on merchandise returned to Organizeit-Online.com must be prepaid and is the responsibility of the buyer regardless of the reason for the return. We can not take back any return without the original manufacturer's box and packing materials. Be sure to keep all this until you are absolutely sure you won't be returning it. No returns/credit requests are accepted after 30 days of delivery.
E. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
www.OrganizeIt-Online.com must be notified within 7-days of your receipt if any item is damaged, defective, or missing parts. Please call our office during our regular business hours, or to send an email, please visit our Contact Us page. Failure to contact our office within 7-days voids our Damaged Item policy. Be sure to keep all packaging, including interior packing materials and any interior and/ or exterior boxes so that www.OrganizeIt-Online.com can submit a damage claim with the freight carrier. Items must be returned in the original packaging. It is critical you obtain the original box and all packaging materials as a call tag may need to be issued to pick-up and inspect the damaged/defective merchandise. Failure to keep the box and materials will Affect our ability to process your request for a refund or replacement. Also, in some cases, after the pick-up of damaged/defective merchandise, an inspection will take place to determine the cause of the damage/defect. The results of the inspection will determine the level of your refund. www.OrganizeIt-Online.com reserves the right to supply replacement parts whenever possible to correct any damaged or defective component of an item. Replacement parts, offered at our discretion, can often eliminate the need to return an item, or to replace the entire unit. Such replacement parts will be sent via regular ground delivery, at no cost to the customer. When a damaged product is returned, the credit will include any shipping costs due.
